The Board of Supervisors of the Township of Knife Lake ordains: An ordinance regulating the use of land; the location, size and use of buildings and structures; and the arrangement of buildings and structures on lots in the Township of Knife Lake, Kanabec County, Minnesota, pursuant to the authority granted by Minnesota Statutes Section 462.357.
The intent of this Ordinance is to protect the public health, safety and general welfare of the Town and it’s people through the establishment of minimum regulations governing land development and use.
