Notification of request is given to you as required by Township Ordinance Section 14, Sub 1, 2, 3, and 4.
Purpose of hearing to hear a variance request by 1089, LLC to set up 20 building lots or parcels of 1.6 acres of land each instead of 5 acres of land in the township zoning ordinance that states each lot or parcel shall be 5 acres of land parcels. Located near 277X East of Hwy 65 in Sections 25 and 36 Parcel numbers 10.01700.00 and 10.02325.00.
The variance request is at the home of the Township Planning Commissioner Keith Van Hale 320-679-3761 and the home of Gerald Evenson, Zoning Administrator 763-290-3205.
